Welcome to
the Breckenridge Pioneer Club website. As the first and only private
ski and social Club in Breckenridge, our beautiful and unsurpassed
facilities along with all our amenities await you. The Pioneer
Club has been a part of Main Street Station since it was built, but
we are now in our third season as a part of the Master Association. What
this means is that you as owners have more ownership and involvement
in the operations of the Club.
In the past year, we were very successful in obtaining our goal of
increased activity through the website and Concierge. This website
has been utilized by both owners and guests alike, and has been very
helpful in getting information out to you. The online booking
systems that are in place work well, and the Event Calendar is getting
busier by the day. We now have an activity almost every day,
and on January 1, we will have a new kid program called Apres Ski Kids
Klub, that you will need to check into if you have kids coming our
way. It is a nightly planned activity for kids from 1 to
12 years old. Please check with the concierge for more details.
We still encourage you to look at our site before you arrive or even
after you are here. We encourage all the owners to use this site
for information, weather, web-cams, links and most importantly,
to book reservations for
activities or dinner through our Concierge. In case you did not
know, The Pioneer Club makes revenues from commissions that are collected
from booking activities or transportation through the Concierge Desk. If
we continue to increase our revenues, we can bring down our expenses
and then pass the savings onto you as owners by lowering your Club
dues.
The Concierge is there to assist you in any
way, and with this website, you can make all your requests before
you arrive. Just click
on the "Concierge
Link," Fill out the form, and submit it. You will
receive confirmations from the Concierge Desk via email, when they
are set. The Concierge
has the best prices in town, and are willing to help you with your
vacation travel plans.
If you are new to Main Street Station, here is some information about
the club and it's facilities.
The Member's Club Room features comfortable seating and fireplace,
which overlooks Maggie Pond and the Breckenridge Ski Area. The Pioneer
Club and Bar offers you a place to enjoy your beverage of choice
with family, friends and fellow members. In the afternoon, enjoy
a refreshing beverage and choose a bite to eat from our menu. The
bar is open for Happy Hour during peak seasons.
The fitness center, offering wonderful views of the Ten Mile Range and Maggie
Pond, features state of the art cardiovascular equipment and free weights. Inside,
the Men's and women's locker rooms feature steam showers and bath amenities.
Outside, we have seven hot tubs and an Olympic size pool. Three of the tubs can
be accessed through the fitness center, while the pool and other tubs are adjacent
to Maggie Pond, and the Illinois Gulch Creek. A nice soak in any of our hot tubs,
surely would compliment the end of a workout or a day on the hill.
Our Ski Valet services allow you to your equipment for you overnight
during your stay in a convenient location and just minutes away from
Peak 9. The boot drying system ensures dry boots for you each morning.
Day Lockers are available for use. In the summer months we welcome
mountain bikes and golf clubs. Top of the line ski rentals are available
at our Ski Valet through Christy
Sports.
The Media Room is truly one-of-a-kind. This 24-seat theatre offers
126-inch projection screen with surround sound offering VHS, DVD,
Satellite and Cable television for viewing. We offer both open and
private use of the facility. You can
make reservations for this facility, through the website and/or concierge
before you arrive.
Our Event Calendar is filled with a variety of activities ranging
from live entertainment with Nancy Cook and NRO to Wine and Cheese
parties during the week (in season). Town
events, social gatherings, and fairs and festivals held on the Main Street Station
Plaza will also be on this calendar. We plan to update this
frequently, so stay tuned.
We look forward to seeing you in the Club,
